JU30

The JU30 is a concept development to meet the needs of precision delivery of medium cargo loads.

The JU30 is proposed as an adaptation of the existing Jabiru J230 fixed wing recreational aircraft. It utilises the existing propulsion, wing, undercarriage and empennage of the J230 with a dedicated fuselage – meaning over 80% of content comes from an existing production line. The crewed controls and panels are replaced by fly by wire controls and autonomous control systems. The JU30 fuselage is a box section to enhance the flexibility of carriage and the cargo can be landed or dropped.
